photoshop bliss is a MyBB theme not a program
You can download photoshop from
www.adobe.com, the trial version of course.
Then just go on HF or here and watch/read some tutorials.
yeah me 2 there are great tut's aorund here.
You could all ways go to HF and the Graphics Tab.
