I have created several logos for my new website. Please pick your favorite.

Depends what theme your website is. I would need to see it before picking.

The website is Unideph.com

Well in that case it would have to be one of the last 2. They fit the theme more.

I really like the first one. (I am talking more fore the effects)
It would be perfect if you just changed the text into a more mature one.

I would go with the 2nd logo style 2, that's probably the best out of them all.

I would use logo 2 style 3.

i think logo 1 style 2 is the best. but that's just my opinion.

Logo 2 style 2 has overused outer glow.
