Why do people over rate work?
People rate work based off of artist experience. If everything was looked at by professional critics it would be 3/10 or lower. People that are new can't make a perfect signature.
Also the 9.9 out of 10 that I previously posted was just a comment for tucker not my actual rating.

It's not just based on their work. I could make a crap stain piece of work, then make an ok piece, and people couldn't rate it 10/10. It's based off many, many things. People over rate work now a days.
