Yeh I'm a member over at GFX Forums. I will probably become more active once there are some slightly better graphic designers there (no offense to your current members but I feel everyone is kind of on the same level talent wise).
I look forward to seeing it in maybe 3-6 months time.

I completely agree with you here. Your forums are really nice. Looks like your getting some good traffic.
One thing I want to point out though is the banner. It's nice but it really doesn't flow with the background if you know what I mean. That's just my opinion though. :]
There's more than 1 banner. I like it to look fresh.

No, every time you refresh the page. Except for Chrome though, because of the way it caches pages.
