I doubt that milk makes you taller. It only strengthens your bones and helps building muscle.
Guess what, when I was in 8th grade, I was about 5'11", now I'm 6'4". I didn't really care about healthy food or anything, just kept eating when I was hungry.

Well eating fruits and veggies will not help you in getting taller..They are useful for keeping you healthy always but if you want taller height then you have to hang with the high poles from where your feet cannot touch the ground...You will have to do it for atleat an hour daily...And i hope you will find better results ....
