Hey guys.

It's school holidays and I was feeling bored. I wanted to code something, but I wasn't sure what. I then stumble on here again to check things out, when I noticed the Web Dev section was kinda slow. I couldn't let my beloved section die! So I go on to NotePad++ and wrote a short ~130l lines of code website page for a template for people to use. It's basic styling and basic layout, but hopefully some people whom are new to website development could make use of it.
