Hey guys does anyone know why i cant make more than 3 partitions on my computer because whenever i try to make one it gives me an error. Can someone please help me with it or is it just the way it is with windows 7? Btw i have enough space in my hard and its a 1TB
What is the error you're getting?
Are you trying to create a primary or extended(logical partition)
Im trying to make anothe partition just like the others using some space in my C: partition. Like a J or a D. Get it?

Well you should definitely post the error if you're still viewing this thread or need help. Always try to include as many details as you can or we can't help you...it could be numerous problems.
Sounds to me like your making them all primary?
There is a limit of 3 primary and one extended partition.
The extended one can be made into many additional ones.
Try post your error and give us a screener of your partitions from within diskmanagement if possible.
Its impossible to have more than 3 partitions...
