Well I've been getting warned all over the place on HF for stupid reasons imho, so I was wondering if I'm able to have this signature or if it isn't allowed here either.

I'm pretty sure on hackforums you cannot advertise any forums that have to do with hacking. If its about something else then its fine. Read the help documents its all there.
Hackforums would see it as a rival website I think. (It pretty much has all of the same categories as Hackforums).
I think it's fine here. As long as there is no illegal activity on the site. It's not that similar to Support Forums either so I don't see why it would be seen as a "rival" so to speak.
Your signature is fine. What reasons were you were warned for at HF?
Most likely advertising a forum with similar content to HF. Strict rules on HF.

That rule applies here as well. But as Dark Forums is, in my opinion, nothing like Support Forums, I can't see any reason as to why it wouldn't be allowed.
I see this advertised( a lot) on HF, I don't think it would be an issue.
