Hey! Don't you dare keep skipping breakfast! Eat an apple or something. Obviously don't eat the fatty American breakfast with sausages and pancakes but a healthy sub and a fruit. Believe it or not it may speed up your process!
Congratulations by the way, keep it up! I know how good you feel.

I do agree with the not skipping breakfast part because it is the most important meal of the day. But not with the calling a pancake + sausage breakfast a "fatty American breakfast".
Congrats dog. I will (hopefully) never have a beer belly and never have to go on a diet. I respect those who have one but i cant see me with one! I am a kid who loves fitness and i never eat unless its a energy bar. Ahaha i am really skinny.

Well ways to avoid a beer belly
- 1. Don't drink beer. (as long as you don't drink it you won't get it right?)

Breakfast Sausage Nutrition Facts
Those nutrition facts are for one serving, and one serving is usually about 2-3 sausages.
When I used to eat them I'd eat 4-5. That is extremely unhealthy and very fattening. A healthy breakfast is important and those little sausage links.. those tiny little things. Are not important.
Sounds like hard work, not to brag but I eat 4+ meals a day and stay a solid 200 pounds, I'm 6 foot 5 though and not fat at all, somehow have muscle even though I have not worked out for a year.
Anyways not a bad accomplishment, do you need to lose any more or are you at a comfortable weight now?

What goal is he trying to reach? He was posting an accomplishment I thought or did I miss something. He lost 21 lbs. in 6 weeks which I see that being great process.
