Maybe you could get some inspiration from www.freelanceforum.com or www.adminsforum.com.

I like the design and I fell this site has some potential, however without a proper domain name it wont go anywhere.

This, sorry to say. You have a good design, although if you are to own a webmaster forum you should know how to webmaster. Any good webmaster knows that owning a free domain is a path for failure in your site. Get a good extension. Maybe a ccTLD if you want to keep the keywords.
