Not only is it not in this topic, but there is no minimum post requirement to JOIN a group.

The post you linked to has nothing to do with joining groups, it's an application format for CREATING a group.
You only need 50 posts if you're trying to CREATE a new group, after that anyone with any amount of posts can join.
Well you cannot join a group without 50 posts or more.

Actually you need
500 posts to create a new group, and you must have 50 posts to be a regular member.
Now three people have said it. I have even now added it to the OP.
I'll fill out an application once I reach 50 posts.
