Hi,

Does anybody know where I can download a Decibel meter for my Sony Ericsson elm?

Nothing smart, just a normal db meter.

I found one but it has a .ipa extension and I do not know what to do with that.

I don't know much about the phone, but maybe either call your phone provider or google it?
