Yeah, the site is down or they deleted all of the files.
Getting a 403 Forbidden error here as well.

It was like this for me yesterday, and I knew it was down for everyone. I don't think the site is going to be running anymore. The admin there didn't do a whole lot and seemed to be less active, so he may have stopped with it, and deleted the database, or he is making something new?
