Here it is, I was thinking of making the blue text red.

I suppose your not very experienced with photoshop?
Read more tutorials and i wouldn't use the scan lines for this.

Yea, I agree that scan lines don't fit very well. The text is also hard to read and you should probably use a different font.

I thought the scanlines were good, but I guess not, I knew the text was bad. and I have been using photoshop for about a year now.

Will do when i am home, I am with mom for a week but I will still be around the forum.
