It's clean and has a good light source, text, and overall scene.
I don't really like how the top one looks. =/
It looks like just a few effects added to a stock.

I voted for the bottom, they were both REALLY good, but the top one, the text was not that good. I could barely notice it.

Both were good but the top one wasn't as crisp so went with the 2nd.
Voted for the 2nd one. The first is way to distorted and the text doesn't really flow very well.
The 2nd is clean, good use of lighting, good use of c4d's & the text fits really well.
bkotz your one is definately the second one.
Same style as you always do.
