A Weird, proxy website I would assume.
Like the other posters have stated above me i would also go with the idea of using it as a proxy site. And if you wanna make some money you can add a CPA widget to it as well. But thatll not be good for the users i guess
You could just make a general discussion forum with it or a blog about anything really..

Make a porn site, or a proxxy one.
Rename yourself Seroxy and make Seroxy .com a sexy proxy site. Cool brandable but you have to market it.

I'd just throw a free proxy script on there for a little while, make it look nice. Or buy an awesome paid script that is really customizable.
I have a proxy, thefacebookproxy.com doesnt get to much traffic though.
I like Omniscient's idea, but I am suggesting you make it a cool site.
