My reasoning.
He registered a while ago and although he has positive rep it seems to be just because they're old friends. I haven't really seen him posting here very often and I won't go through all of his posts to see if he's HQ but at least he doesn't spam.
His threads seem to be pretty good quality though.

Because he seems nice and the short day I've been on here he seems to always be helping people.

Because he seems like a really nice person on SF. Probably a helpful type and i would really look forward to being friends with him someday.
