GP: Fast food.
Replacement: home made food.
GP: Pizza, fast food, and (freakin) Tobacco products.
Replacement: Less tobacco, home baked pizza or less fatty / more healthy pizza, and stop going to fast foods!
I guess the only one i've succeeded truly at was fast foods. My true way of making me stop going to them was learning to cook everything they have there at home. Also seeing the insides of these restaurants or hearing stories makes you want to never eat there again(all fast foods).
Anyways, you'll find that if you make your own food, fast food truly tastes like garbage. Yeah, it's seemingly good and a cheap trick to get you into eating a meal, but it's incredibly unhealthy. I can't seem to get myself in proper health for at least 2 days after eating fast foods..terrible.
