I'm really bored today so I'll create a test site using your host and hopefully I can help you out a little.

Alright I now know how to change the text in the logo. Once you are in the site management section click the Design tab at the top, then click "Design Management (Templates)" Then under general blocks click the maroon "Top part of the website" link. Then change the text in between the <logo> tags, then save it and your logo will change to that text.

I would join an XBL one.
