yes.
XHTML is not difficult if you know HTML...
Just use the xhtml validator and see what's wrong - modify it .
if you use dreamweaver - CSS is really easy too .

I learnt CSS! I didn't think that it was so easy! O_O It's sooo simple to create things with it. It's useful!
U have just to put name="" in a div or img or anything and is done!

i dont know if binary counts but i can sure do it, although it takes a long time

Some languages I have used include Pascal, COBOL, BASIC, Scheme, VB.NET, C#, Perl, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, and Java.

HTML and learning PHP. I am horrible at designs so I haven't learned CSS.
