Sell your eBooks or Bind CPAlead+eBook = Profit, but there are ways to bypass CPAlead so i don't think it would be that great.

Nobody donates, they just play for free, I've had experience there.

You could set up a hosting service with your VPS? Or sell the eBooks or sell VPN Spots.
