Top right is kinda plain

It's not bad, but there are some areas to improve on.
There's a little to much white (I think that's clouds) on the right side. There's also no depth, the focal is too blended into the sig, and his face looks like it has a haze over it.
Clearing up the focal, adding some contrast, and changing the text could make this a really nice sig.
