Maybe Omni just has it as for sale to see peoples offers or something.

If hes selling he would need a really good offer, but i doubt hes gotten any

Maybe he doesn't care about us and just is in it for the money. Anyone ever consider that?

I'm pretty sure it is.

Technically it's for sale but I have no real intention to sell for anything but a premium price. So doubtful this site will ever sell.

How much are you looking for in exchange for SF?
