Well I would use PayPal and mine does have a confirmed address. I can't decide whether to get the domain I want or not.
The problem is that Omni won't accept paypal because someone could chargeback.
Dude, he has just said he will accept Paypal. I don't even know how to do a charge back! I'm sure I could figure it out though.

He accepts Paypal for small transactions, as long as you have a verified address.
