I force myself to just stay still and make myself go to sleep cause even if I get a little it's better than getting none which makes you feel like complete crap.

I have the same problem as you. When I have a lot of projects on the computer or when I have a new game all I can think about is working on that project or playing that game. Clearing your mind is the best way to fall asleep, I've tried meditation and it works for me, but it may be different for you.
I play on my iPod until I fall to sleep. Latest I've been awake is probably 7 am.
I sit on the computer or play my xbox 360 until I get really tired and fall asleep or I just stay up!
i know what the guys do, just get some lube and tissues.
One time i drank and protein shake and food b4 i went to bed because i thought i was gonna work out then i didn't and i couldn't fall asleep, maybe to much caffeine or sugar b4 bed!

Yeah man, I'll have to agree with you on that I mean no joke out of everything that I try to put me back to sleep nothing works but just rubbin one off and I'll be out within 5mins.

And after that I'm so tired that I'll fall asleep imediatelly
I have several ways of falling asleep:
1. Just being pretty active during the day so I'm exhausted at night.
2. Going on the computer until it hurts to keep my eyes open.
3. Listening to calming music to soothe my mind.
4. Just having comforting thoughts to occupy my mind.
5. If none of that stuff works, I usually call up a few friends (yes, at 2AM) and hang out. Maybe walk to McDonald's or Dunkin' Donuts.
