Nothing. It always happens, but nothing puts me to sleep, lol.
Usually, I just think about certain things in my life when I am laying in bed for a while.
I also sometimes check my phone for a moment and browse the internet.
Reading a book typically helps me fall asleep.
I just take a few hits of marijuana and i pass out. That simple, a nice natural drug.
When I can't sleep I just get up and make a sandwich,even If I ain't hungry.!
When I can't sleep at night I smoke some weed and relax for 30 minutes and than I easily go to sleep. Or I play 360, or watch Netflix before bed.
I blaze some, grab some water then go to bed.
I just jump on me laptop and watch some youtube videos
If it isn't to late or early, I go for a jog.
I usually get something to eat. Eating always makes me sleepy and I can get to bed a lot faster on a full stomach.
