I grab my ipod and listen to music so i can fall asleep again
Get wasted... Sometimes it helps..
or eat alot of food...
There are many therapies for that...
I just stay lying in the bed and atlast I end up sleeping...
The maximum time I have spent on bed trying hard to sleep is 2 Hours
I actually get up, and turn on my laptop. Then do some graphics/programming and some other crap, and then I get all sleepy and I go to bed.

Well when I can't sleep I just watch some movies and go back to sleep.
I usually just shove some tropical rainfall onto my bedroom surround sound, put my oscillating fan into 'natural breeze' mode, and lay out on my memory foam mattress deep in thought until I fall asleep.
Sleep is obviously for people without Internet access.
i just watch some tv and than i will fall a sleep later.

Well, due to the worries, hyper tension and stress sometimes there is possibility for not to sleep. So, I prefer to follow deep breath exercise as meditation exercise daily which helps to get the deep exercise.
