What do you do when you can't sleep? It's 5:50am and I went to bed at 2am. I woke up every half-hour and mainly laid there restless. I finally decided to just get out of bed and do some work. So here I am.
This is my first post of the day. YEH!
So what do you do when you can't sleep at night?
Well, I usually do something constructive and active in an attempt to make my self tired. Or I just lay in bed and imagine things like walking down the road or driving. Occupying my mind when trying to sleep makes me go to sleep quite quickly.

Usually if I can't fall asleep I'll end up staying up like now.
I'm actually doing some sudoku then. I'm 13 and I love sudoku
I try to meditate as a last resort. On nights that I absolutely cannot sleep, I just try some simple breathing exercises.
But if it's not a last resort kind of thing then I'll drink some tea, have a piece of bread and try again. You've got to be careful when doing that though.. sometimes it will just wake you up more.
Tricky situation.
try and do some simple but exhausting exercises..Eg...Squats..sit ups etc..then take a hot shower and you will just knock out once you lay in bed..
If you can't sleep, just don't. That's what I do. I just get out of bed and do stuff. However, when you do sleep, try to do a lot of tiring things the following day. I exercise each day and that really helps drain the energy so that I can sleep well. Helps deal with stress, too.
I get my PSP and plug in some music. That usually makes me fall back asleep.
I have a white noice app on my HTC. Relaxing noises such as a fan, rain, clock and so on. Doesn't help much though, I have serious sleeping problems.

Thats freakin hilarious I play Sudoku before bed too!
But I just can't sleep its not insomnia or anything (that i know of)
I just have a hard time falling asleep its just my normal thing.
